I went to VTNZ Alexandra this morning to sit my Full Driver Licence test, taking a day off work to do it. I’m a Queenstown local but chose to go to Alexandra to avoid a bold instructor, who used to work in Queenstown. Many people I know have failed their tests because of him. Kind and knowledgeable staff
Went in to replace my aging drivers license, as the text is beginning to become hard to read and I often use it as my form of ID. The woman at the desk refused to help stating she couldn't read it and asked for alternative ID. I explained my passport is in my house in Hamilton, along with my aging paper birth certificate. Upon returning to work I asked a college if she could read the same text, which she did. VtNZ...should've gone to spec savers.
