Do nothing, every time. Came out, spent 45 min doing nothing. Left. Charged $600 for truck charges. Our system is still not working. Completely unreasonable management and individual service techs.
Driver of truck #9663 nearly caused an accident on 6/10/2025 driving towards Boulder on US36 by going 10 under the speed limit in the express lane. At one of the gaps, 6-8 cars behind the truck were forced to merge completely over to the right in order to pass and get back into the express lane in front of the driver. Train your drivers to have some awareness.
Rude and would rate zero stars if I could.
