I am a Family Physician just west of Toronto. I had been looking for a Dictation Solution to help me to finish my work in a speedy and efficient manner. I have been an EMR user since Feb. 2005. It has been becoming more difficult to use the Templates for patient care. I had used Dragon Dictation (Non Medical version ) for few years. I have been dealing with V-Tex for many years and they are very knowledgeable about their products and the service is outstanding. The staff are the kindest people and really go out of their way to help in anyway they can, explaining products and how they work but, in a manner you can understand, super friendly... Its almost like they know what your looking for before you even know what you need. Outstanding service , can't say enough ,. Great work !
