Bought a vtech sort and discover drum with accessories toy from walmart. I mentioned that my granddaughter’s hand kept getting stuck in it and hurt her hand and wrist so I put it away. Ages say 6-36 months she is 15 months but definitely not a safe toy! I wanted to return it. I had it delivered because I don’t drive. I reported the incident heard nothing do did a live chat I was offered a refund if i take the item 40plus miles to nearest dropoff I am more concerned about this dangerous toy. VTech and Leapfrog toys
I will never recommend or purchase a baby monitor from this company. The only thing the baby monitor is good for is real time, anytime I go back to watch the clips of movement in the night, all I get is a black screen. If you want a baby monitor just purchase a regular house camera, it’s much cheaper.
