I brought my brand new rims in for balancing. The rims were a gift, and I had just put them on my car. The service was beyond disappointing. They balanced one tire and then told me to come back because the shop was getting busy. When I picked them up, I noticed that the entire circumference of the rim had marks all around it, including the inside, along with a deep scuff. These were brand new rims, and now they’re completely damaged. Terrible service and a complete lack of respect for customers' property.
