Disgusting attitude! They left black grease stains all over my brand new mint alcantera steering wheel. I politely requested a refund due to the irreversible damage caused due to their lack of care to which got a vicious response back saying things such as “ who would even care that much about it or spend that much on a steering wheel anyways ” along with other unnecessary atrocious, snappy, rude comments.
