Horrible experience, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. They seem to be very unknowledgeable about their jobs and unprofessional. I don't use unknowledgeable lightly, this is because I spoke with many of the members and the issue I was trying to resolve, they all gave me different answers and it just wasted more of my time and confused me each time I had to keep reexplaining my issue.
