Asian male driver who drives the 72 bus and has a green chair has a driving issue and causes a safety concern he pulled the bus over blocking the entryways and exits to honk at people in public .
72 senter and montery is always a few minutes late which i can deal with but today at 6:58 the driver didn’t even stop, didn’t slow down or glance over at me- bus wasn’t even full. he looked out of it. i called customer service and the agent just sighed, sounded like he didn’t care. please address this situation to ensure no other stops are skipped and the driver is alert and driving safely.
Go here if you need a new special discount card, like Disability discount cards. They will find your old card and let you apply for a new card and send the discount card to your address on file. I have a new iPhone and it requires a new digital card to work Caltrain/VTA and Ferries. The VTA offices are clueless so go here instead the first time
