I sent in a slightly damaged laptop and it was returned fully broken, now this company is ignoring my calls and emails. Do not under any circumstance do business with them.
In my warranty group, VT Services was the first call I made on the fifth incident on this TV. Sandy from VT Services called and Scott made the housecall. On time, no bull, I felt they were honest and wanted to resolve my problem. I will be calling them agin, if need be. Hands down Scott is a great guy..
