I booked this company for wedding guests for my wedding last night and had so much faith based on the customer service initially. The plan was the driver to take guests across the Plattsburgh ferry to arrive for ceremony at 4pm. Not only did the bus not take the ferry, they arrived at 4:30 (20 guests missed the ceremony) and we could not get ahold of the driver with dozens of phone calls. The main problem is that we had zero communication from this company after booking after the confirmation email. Having used multiple car companies inside and outside of the U.S., it’s customary from these type of companies that one receives a dispatch text saying that they are tracking your flight with the name and cell number of the driver and where to meet. Adolphe and his team at Vermont First Class Rides are excellent!! I needed transportation from Burlington Airport and was very impressed on the quality, service and cost. Based on his website and reviews, I knew the driver would be there even though it was a late arrival. I was right! Adolphe was at the gate with a sign to greet and very willing to help with all the baggage. Excellent fleet, excellent communication and definitely recommend 100%.

If you are looking for THE BEST ride experience, look no further. This was the second year we booked them for my daughter's birthday party. Never has she chosen the same activity more than once (she just turned 8), so that alone says something. Adolphe is the best. He answers all my questions beforehand and makes all the silly stops the kids wanted with no complaints.
