Adolphe was amazing, really kin and nice! Totally recommend him. We booked the service for my daughter’s 16th birthday annd her group of friends and he drove them around in town and make the stops they had scheduled. He was right on time for all the events and the girls had a blast.

I booked this company for wedding guests for my wedding last night and had so much faith based on the customer service initially. The plan was the driver to take guests across the Plattsburgh ferry to arrive for ceremony at 4pm. Not only did the bus not take the ferry, they arrived at 4:30 (20 guests missed the ceremony) and we could not get ahold of the driver with dozens of phone calls. The main problem is that we had zero communication from this company after booking after the confirmation email. Having used multiple car companies inside and outside of the U.S., it’s customary from these type of companies that one receives a dispatch text saying that they are tracking your flight with the name and cell number of the driver and where to meet. Adolphe and his team at Vermont First Class Rides are excellent!! I needed transportation from Burlington Airport and was very impressed on the quality, service and cost. Based on his website and reviews, I knew the driver would be there even though it was a late arrival. I was right! Adolphe was at the gate with a sign to greet and very willing to help with all the baggage. Excellent fleet, excellent communication and definitely recommend 100%.
