This is the worst stock company to ever do business with. I would highly recommend choosing a different company. No support and very little help trying to transfer shares. Plus this company is not able to transfer to all the big companies. Schwab, Webull, Lightspeed, E Trade. NOPE! Run Away as fast as you can.
Horrible company. If you invested in a company that later went public and VStock is holding your shares you are out of luck. They hold your shares hostage unless you pay them egregious fees to gain access to them.
Complete joke.
Absolute nightmare dealing with Vstock. No Shareholder should have to go thru this as I have lost thousands of dollars, waiting for Vstock to process my shares that went IPO. If you recently are dealing with Vstock Transfer and 20/20 Biolabs, contact Robbins LLP. I am a shareholder like previous poster who haven't been given access to my shares that I have owned for over 5 years, while insiders sold off. I am filing a class action lawsuit against Vstock and BioLabs for manipulation together to erode shareholder value.
Unfortunately investors through start engine amd other investment platforms are not given the choice of transfer company. It seems investor platforms use some below acceptable transfer companies and of course if you cannot move your stock out of the platform then you cannot sell it on the exchange . Vtech is great if you do not care to move your shares .
