They don’t pay if companies closed do to snow , they’re unorganized, they don’t answer the phone. They do stuff like tell you a load pickup at 3p. Get there and it don’t pickup until 2p the next day. Then don’t wanna pay you for sitting. A tell you it has to be 24hrs. You be done worked three or however many extra months before they get tired of you asking for your raise that they say you get.
