I had a great first experience at this salon today. Shahla gave me beautiful highlights and an amazing cut. She really listened to what I wanted. The owner herself was also very pleasant. I will be a forever customer. This is a great location with plenty of parking.
Terrible experience. I went for a haircut, showed her a picture, and explicitly asked her not to cut it short — just keep the same length as in the photo. She completely messed it up. My hair now looks chopped, with no texture, no shape, no form. When I told her it was too short, she brushed it off and said, no worries it would grow in a week. No apologies no acknowledge of her mistake. I would never go back there.
We always had an incredible experience ! Louise greets us with courtesy and professionalism. Shahla goes above and beyond for an amazing hair experience. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking for exceptional hair service.
Got my hair cut here last week. The girl was very nice, place was clean. The haircut wasn't great, definitely not worth the price. I told her I didn't want it too big at the bottom and she gave me a blunt cut with no shape that is way too full at the end.
