Low wages
Worked here years ago it’s a trashy place there paying wage for Welders and Grinders is really low you start at 14 now really ? Back then it was less They over work there’s employees and the welders ain’t even welders all they do is tack . Btw there no room to grow here when there’s many divisions here but the pay is so low I wonder why maybe cus most there don’t have papers. They know what there doing ..if I got there with many welding certs they won’t hire me because I’m not worth no 14 an hr as a certified welder plus the... read more
