I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years. And I don’t know why I haven’t made a review sooner. From the appointment making process to leaving the office, everyone is always so delightful and accommodating. It’s so clean and inviting here. They ask you questions for background in a nonjudgmental way and makes me feel more open. I have done various treatments here, and the explanations of each are always well done no matter which clinician I end up working with. I was looking forward to my vajacial based on a great first experience, where the esthetician numbed me and helped clear up my cystic pimples through extractions. This time, I was told to see a dermatologist for similar concerns. I wish that had been communicated in advance, as I wouldn’t have gone through with the appointment. The staff was friendly, but clearer communication around service expectations would have been appreciated.

People there were nice, but the service I did pretty much was money wasted. It did absolutely nothing and that was 3k (still bummed) probably won’t come back because of that

I highly recommend being serviced by Kya. She explained the treatments very well. This is my second mandelic acid peel and I already see a difference. VSPOT is very clean and the workers are very kind. The service is definitely worth the money!
