Took my srt8 challenger here and they Gave me a great quote dropped off my vehicle for a 4 day fix and didn't get it back for 2 weeks. Vehicle is terrible, paint doesnt match, parts not on right, scratches in new paint and parts falling off and they didnt think I wanted my hood fixed smh. Then asked for more money than I was quoted! Didn't charge me for the job but my car is a mess
In response to Adeyinka Wyse's post. She called me with her estimate from Chubb Ins. Told us to order parts for her car, without with written authorization, as required by law. She refused to give us the written authorization to order her parts, and perform need repairs on her car. We don't want "trouble" customers, no one does. I told her to take her car back to where was was previously going for unsatisfactory repairs.
