My mom has been a client of VSM Care for a year and a half, and I am very grateful for their exceptional service. Victor, the owner/manager, is a wonderful person and has provided me with experienced, knowledgeable caregivers who are both professional and kind. I can not find the words to praise Victor sufficiently! When the time has come to look for caregivers for a loved one, family is already in a stressed state. Victor not only understands this, but he listens to all concerns and chooses the caregiver accordingly. We have had only wonderful and attentive caregivers, like Moses, and this has allowed us some space to breathe. Victor is extremely proactive in keeping in touch, making sure that all needs are met. I highly recommend Victor!!
I have worked with Victor and his team for a year and a half. It’s difficult to put into words when someone truly takes “care” of a loved one , as if they are their own. We have used four different members of Victor‘s team and they work out their rotations for my father’s schedule. They are kind and upbeat and willing to do anything that you ask them to do.
