I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but this experience was disappointing enough that I wanted to let others know. I would not recommend this salon based on the cleanliness, customer service, and quality of the work we received.
Horrible. I wish I could give negative stars to this place!!! I've been a loyal client for years, and today was the worst service ive ever had! I had an appointment booked for a new set. Without checking my nails he goes to remove the old and takes a chunk of my natrual nail off from the nail bed in the process, I had to tell him multiple times what I was getting done! He never cut down my real nails before applying tips, so in less than 2 weeks these will lift and ill be right back to square one. When we got to nail shape I... read more
