Today is the last time I will patronize this nail shop and its affiliates. I'm a long-time customer across the locations. I am very disappointed in the repeated decline in quality care and inexplicable price gouging! They tried to charge me a $5 soak-off fee for a barely visible, tiny sliver of dip powder left on one of my fingers. I soaked both hands thoroughly before leaving home.
