My mother was flatly refused service at this salon today. Despite having been a client here before and being in their system, the employee (Cindy) and the manager refused to wait on her. They explicitly told her they "could not attend to her because there is a language barrier" and they were "afraid she would sue them” . Using a language barrier as a reason to deny service to a returning customer is discriminatory and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister (who has come here for years) missed an appointment in April due to our mom’s sudden passing. Months later, for her September appointment, they tried to enforce the April no-show fee anyway. She continued to not care about my sisters explanation for the no call no show in April and proceeded to MAKE HER FEEL BAD for missing her appointment.
