If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister (who has come here for years) missed an appointment in April due to our mom’s sudden passing. Months later, for her September appointment, they tried to enforce the April no-show fee anyway. She continued to not care about my sisters explanation for the no call no show in April and proceeded to MAKE HER FEEL BAD for missing her appointment.
