Bought 2 brand new Vsett9+ in Hervey Bay. Retailer in Hervey Bay was amazing. Now we are back in Brissy Vsett want nothing to with a battery that won’t hold its charge, the other scooter has a faulty rim, so always has a flat tyre, and won’t fold down as it should. No returned calls, no response through online enquiry. There are other e-scooters out there, due diligence is a must. I will NEVER buy a Vsett again you are left stranded within warranty period if anything goes wrong!!
