Condo management contacted this company to do a Sprinkler inspection and was told that 115 units in our condo needed replacement sprinkler heads. in October of 2024 we had another company come out and do the inspection which found no issues. I called to see why they needed replacement and they stated that they had "Paint" on them. The NFPA states that the sprinkler heads are still in line with the code if they have slight paint as long as it does not cause "Detrimental to the operation of the sprinkler head". Their driver is so wreck less they tailgate people and merge lanes without putting their directions. It's crazy they are not concerned for others safety.
The worst of the worst!!!!!!! If you have an issue- DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! They came out, they make you approve labor of what they “think” is wrong and then when they can’t fix it you are stuck with the bill as they WILL NOT BUDGE!!!!!! Their low rating of Google reviews is spot on!!!
No driver supervision or monitoring. Driver coming through loganville after 5pm, tailgating, swerving at other drivers, speeding and clearly smoking weed. Police were informed, report was made.
