I would not recommend using this company. They took advantage of a business and overcharged them. I called to discuss my concern they agreed it wasn’t fair then sent a demand to pay letter 3 months later. Please understand that over billed charge will prevent us for ever using this company in the future. If you need a fair and professional company call Crossroads.
Jordan and Jermi were onsite for a quote and were informative and friendly. I appreciate their kindness and efficiency. Great customer service.
The technician was not vaccinated and was wearing a bandana, not a secure mask. He said that he did not believe in vaccination. I called the company who said that they could not require technicians entering people's homes to be vaccinated. This is not true. The manager hung up on me when I questioned his viewpoint. This behavior is contributing to community spread of CoVid and costing people their lives.
Aren't there during business hours and hard to reach by phone. After 8 years I'll go with another company.
