I called at 3:30 am because my cat was really distressed about his ear and I couldn't identify anything that could be causing it. The "nurse" or secretary I spoke with (not sure of her title) was extremely kind and thorough. Then she put the Dr on and it was like I was the biggest waste of time of his life. Didn't catch his name, either but I felt rushed, mocked, and disrespected. He implied that I wasted his time and almost made me feel guilty for being concerned about my cat's health.
