Service was Great as Always been going to steven since severance, im just not a Fan of prices changing everytime i get my nails done.
I walked into this salon when it wasn’t even busy and explained that I wanted a natural square shape, not too boxed. The lady apparently didn’t hear me, spoke to a man in another language, and he turned to yell at me in a very nasty tone, “What shape?” I repeated myself, but instead of helping, he told me to “tell her again.” The lady then grabbed my hand roughly, which was very uncomfortable. The staff is always friendly. Often they have elderly clients and I'm always impressed with how they care for them and take such good care of them. Si, Cathy, Rose, LiLi, Steve, Ken and the others create a welcoming environment. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I used to go to broadmoor in lyndhurst but they play too many games with the prices! Prices here are consistent and the staff is fair. Rarely crowded. Easy to get in & out!
I went for a gel pedi and fullset(mid-coffin)=$133, the guy was very nice and took his time but was extremely rough and chopped my cuticles up bad.....cuticles on hands and feet are RAW and the polish peeled and bubbled after 12hrs.....WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
Do not go here I am new to town an was looking for a new salon……omg the worst an they will over charge you for the most ugliest nails ever even if you tell them you don’t like it they get mad an still do it wrong even when you have the photo right there for them to look at. if you can’t do something say you can’t an I’ll go to someone who can or I’ll get something not as complex I was over charged I was suppose to be 84$ an they tried to charge me 122 but they gave me a deal and went down to 111.
