Customer service as well as the atmosphere was simply amazing.
VS Nails & Spa in Aubrey has new owners, and Ms. Cindy and Mr. Tony are truly wonderful. With more than 35 years in the industry, their customer service and attention to the client experience are unmatched. They are warm, personable, easy to talk with, and treat everyone like a VIP—not like the next person in line or another sale. I went inside there to get my toes soak off or taken off, the only service I requested no pedicure or anything. I went inside to get priced and the man said it was $25 although online it says it’s between 10-15$. Mind you, i’ve been to this location previously and got my toes taken off for $12 but it was done by a wonderful lady and it took her less than 15 minutes in doing so.
