Absolutely horrible! First install..no underlayment, poor finishing work, not enough material to finish the job (waited a month for more product), very messy, and unprofessional staff. Fast forward to the second install after a botched first attempt…quality mediocre, very messy, staff was a little friendlier, and damaged furniture. Photos provided below of missing underlayment (that was paid for) and how the team treats your personal items. Referal from LL Flooring…stay far away from these installers.
The guys were on time, professional, cleaned up and did a phenomenal job installing our new floors!
