Asked Jose Luis to replace my shingle roof, and he did a terrible job. After just six months, water started leaking into two rooms, and the shingles are lifting in several areas. I also had to ask him to repair wall damage that his workers caused while sealing cracks. Ugh.
Stay away from Jose Luis Varela, he never finished the job. He never responded my phone calls I had to call from different phones and when he answered he kept saying he would finish the job and never did. I simply gave up. Extremely unprofessional, would highly recommend to don't do business with this person.
