I booked a 1 hour 15 minute facial. Although the facial only lasted 35 minutes, it was relaxing and the girl was nice. The facial was extremely basic, and she did not do what was advertised, but none the less it was relaxing and I tried to be positive about it. But then the last half of the appointment is the male owner doing a very intense sales pitch. He put more product on my face without washing his hands first and was touching an iPad.
