Had the most horrible experience ever with Hugo on October 2nd. He shouldn’t be working in any customer facing job. Doesn’t introduce himself, fidgeting around when i am trying to tell what cut I want, and cuts according to his style anyway ! Never seen anyone cut hair with such disdain, non chalance and non-precision ! Wanted to get shampoo done, but couldn’t wait to run away. This is 2nd straight bad experience at V’s barbershop. I thought V’s had higher standards than these. I am done !
