I came to Ambrose with a rotator cuff injury and could barely lift my arm without pain. After just three sessions, I noticed a huge improvement — my shoulder feels stronger, my range of motion is back, and the pain is almost completely gone. Ambrose is knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything clearly, which really helped me understand my recovery process. Highly recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury or looking for a physio!

Incredible physio—knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely caring. i have seen Wes and Lily and both were extremely caring, and very efficient. Giving me excellent advices, outstanding treatment and cutting the fluff to focus on recovery and outcome. i never felt i had to go back unnecessarily which is what you want with your physio. They understand my goals, are really honest and real and therefore worked with me to get there the quickest and safest. i feel in super good hands. Highly recommend!
Matt is the best. I came in with a sprained ankle and some ambitious running goals, and he got me to the start line of the Sydney Marathon. He actually listens, knows when to challenge you, and makes the rehab process enjoyable. Still seeing him and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
