First time contacting VRT it won't be the last. Arrived when they said they would and very professional. BJ was great.
DJ did an outstanding job and happy the work service.
Upon arrival, the driver immediately introduced himself. Went to work. Talked with me and explained what was going on with system. Cleaned up what small dirt he had out of the hole. Raked it nicely.. Left no mess on the ground.
Great communication from Lana, very easy to schedule. Reasonable price. Technician BJ was friendly and knowledgeable.
