Excellent experience. Called for a quote; they were here the next day. Said they could start in 2 days. Arrived on time. Very polite, professional and did great work at a very fair price. 25 year o;d Philippine Mahogany deck now looks brand new.
We've had numerous floors done by Horace and VRP flooring usually with good results. The last time, we had carpeting installed and flooring in our family room and kitchen downstairs. The carpeting seams are popping up and downstairs flooring is chipping and buckling up. Numerous attempts to Horace have been made. Calls, emails etc. He continues to ignore us. We paid good money for very poor customer service. We will take the necessary steps unfortunately to ensure this is fixed. Should have to be this way

I love my floors! These guys are amazing. They did my whole 1700 sq ft condo in two days! They were professional and polite but most important was the quality of the product and the service! I highly recommend them.
The job came out beautifully! Horacio notified through text to remind me of the time and date of each day’s work and stuck to that schedule. Price was very good on top of it !! Would highly recommend.
