I hired VRP Flooring a couple of years ago and worked directly with Horacio. From the beginning, the experience was frustrating. After installing the luxury vinyl flooring, they left a huge mess that I had to clean myself. The very next day, the planks began buckling. I called and texted repeatedly, but they refused to respond. It wasn’t until I filed complaints through Thumbtack and the BBB that they finally showed up to fix it. VRP Flooring did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. The Owner and Crew were superior, communication with me, and the schedule were exceptional. My Hardwood Flooring was from 1955, with carpeting installed over the Hardwood. VRP Craftsmanship rejuvenated the Original Hardwood, and made it look beautiful! Thank you so much! Very unprofessional, came out to see the job, gave me a quote and all. signed off on the paperwork. Kept calling and texting them from scheduling and they completely disappeared on me. No answer, waste of time
