What I should have done was read the reviews before going with Vroom. I definitely feel like a statistic being one of thw few people that have shared the same experience that I am going through. 10/4 I provided my depositover the phone to reseve my vehicle. Provided my DL, Registration. 10/5 updated my insurance, completed paperwork and submitted the rest of my down payment...1 hour later trannsaction still shows payment and contract pending..I call my Service rep and tells me to give it a couple of hours..Hours have gone by... read more
