Truck I got about 5yrs ago came after a couple months. It does got issues from the get go. Then ran a vincheck, which please do this, came back that my vehicle was a total loss due to THEFT.... I have called insurance guy who did this claim, he avoids me. Weirder thing is, this claim was done 4 months after it was delivered to me. How can this be.

The transaction took longer than it should have, they expected me to send the title to my vehicle BEFORE they picked it up, and then when I realized I left a pair of sunglasses in the vehicle I was told, "...there is nothing we can do to recover them." Nonsense, if they wanted to be helpful they could go get them and send them to me (at my expense). Putting profit over people every time. I got through the purchasing process after being told by one salesperson that I was only approved to purchase older vehicles, 2012 or older. And then upon working with another salesperson, I was told that the only vehicles that I could qualify for was 2017 or newer, and that car salesperson continued to say that I had not been approved to purchase a vehicle that I had already placed a deposit on.
