We engaged KK from VRK Homes - also known as VRK Formwork and Concrete to complete a house pad for our new build. On the day of the footing pour, several issues became obvious — the trenches weren’t dug to the correct depth, the wrong reinforcement was being used, and in some areas there was no reinforcement at all. When I asked about it, I was told it would be added after pouring. They also instructed the cement truck to reverse onto the pad to reach the back of the site, which caused visible damage to the footing trenches.... read more
