This review is about owner rich's response to my first review about service putting a 3" cut in my back rest pad. He wanted me to share my info. with him. So on July29 I sent him my email and phone no., which was on my invoice. He never got back to me. Did i expect him too? Maybe 50 50. That shows me what kind of ownership is there. But i took care of their screwup and bought one. It was only $103.00. It's a shame they couldn't afford it to make a customer who spent $1800.00 for their poor service.
