Update: I got email from representative a week ago. They was so sorry, and they said that they will ship my ring NO LATER than May 9th. Now is May 10th. As always, i didn't get any update, and still don't have my ring. Have no idea what is going on, and kind of stressing out. It has been 6 weeks already. Had the most wonderful experience at VRAI! We walked in on a Saturday and everyone was so helpful in finding us someone to work with. Dylan helped me and my husband find the perfect wedding bands! Even after it looked like the one I wanted was sold out everywhere, he managed to find one last one! He also thoughtfully made the experience so special with a beautiful toast after we finished🥂We are so grateful to the whole VRAI team for making the experience so special and meaningful!
Service is not good in this company. Me and my fiance (that time my boyfriend) went to their showroom to try V shape rings i like online. When we went there Service was good. Don't remember the name of assistant who helped us, but she was nice. They didn't have a rings Vshape of my size, also, no ring of V shape with princess cut i want, so they just gave me Standart ring size measurements to try (regular, not V shape). My fiancé and I had a great experience picking out our wedding bands at Vrai with Kejah. My engagement ring is from Vrai as well and since then they moved into their new NY studio. Kejah was amazing to work with and helped pull options we both liked as well as additional choices. We both found our bands and can’t wait for them to come in!
I purchased a pair of earrings over the weekend from their online store. The earrings were supposed to ship today, Monday. I received an email Saturday night requesting an ID for verification. I emailed the service representative back asking if they had a secure link as I was uncomfortable sending it via email or uploading it to a live chat. This was a low value purchase.
