rude and un-compassionate. Was lectured more then listened to. Yes, she says it like it is but she could of done it without being condescending. I came for help, not a lecture. She is set in her opinions and doesn t care what you have to say otherwise. I came to her depressed about ailments and left being more upset and with no help about issues I wanted to address.
My wife and I both started seeing Dr. Vrabec last year. We think she is fantastic. One thing is true, she is no nonsense, but we think she is very caring and has a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, in the medical profession, if youre not willing to dole out meds at the whims of patients, then you are uncaring, unpleasant or whatever. I would highly recommend Dr. Vrabec to anyone who needs a GREAT doctor who will shoot straight with them. I do wish she saw children, I would have no qualms taking my son to her.
I had a problem with being over-medicated. All my other docs just threw pills at me to the point I was an addict. Dr. Vrabec was the first one to "tell me like it is" she took the time to help me get off all the junk and move on with my life. Yes she is very tough and often told me things I didnt want to hear but after 6 months I got clean.If you are a wimp dont see her but if you want someone who is honest and truly has your best interest in mind then please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment.
My husbands first visit was awful. We were getting established just moving here. Dr. Vrabec steps into the room, announces who she is and asks what we are here for today. We proceed to tell her and she is telling us she cannot take care of everything today. She asks my disabled husband if he smokes, he says yes almost two packs a day, she then proceeds to ask how he pays for them, he states from my ssi check then she gets in a real tizzy and begins to state its not funny that my tax paying dollars are affording him cigarette... read more

terrible doctor. thinks she knows, but needs to go back to school i think. i had severe manic depression and she sent me away telling me that i should be happy at the age of 21. what kind of doctor says that? dont waste your time, shes TERRIBLE!
