I’ll start by saying I had 3 positive experiences over the years with these guys but this last one is in fact, my last. After 30 days of not hearing anything about my order I contacted VR to which they told me they were waiting for a barrel restock which was going to be yet another 2 weeks, no heads up no nothing. The guys are amazing to work with. Fast to respond. Centre caps were the wrong colour and they were quick to make it right by sending out the correct ones. Will definitely order my next set from them in the future.
So I’m pretty new to multi piece wheels. They missed my first email but once I followed up they were super prompt. I ordered to pick up in person and they provided great advice and guidance as I restore an old set of wheels I’ve had but never dreamed of fixing up. They make some pretty obscure stuff, and replicated lips/barrels to fit my relatively niche wheels perfectly. They definitely earned a customer for life.
