I never have an issue with my orders from vr wheels ordered a replacement chrome lip. Got delivered about 18 business days or so later. Had 2 different reps respond when I asked for an update. Not sure what these reviews are about
Orderd a set of wheels and all 4 of the wheels had bends to to the point that 1 of the wheels i couldnt seal a tire on it i emailed them said they were gonna ship new barrels to me fast foward a month tracking number i got sent says he hasnt even shipped them yet and now wont anwser my emails dont deal with this company they are no honnest and dont wanna back up their warranty claims Deal with japan spec instead better pricing and amazing customer service compared to vrwheels
Ordered a set of wheels and they came exactly as described. They drilled out the center bores for free and had great communication. Always got an email response within a couple of hours or so.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I had heard they were bad but they were the only company that was able to secure the item that I needed. They have no phone, so you never actually talk to anyone reliably. You can only e-mail them and when you do they take forever to get back to you. I spent over a month (because you can't get any answers in a timely manner) specing a custom set of wheels for a customer. I had a treble experience with this company.they return policy sucks.i will never purchase from a company that won’t let u return a item that u never even taken the plastic off.also customer service via email is horrible.once they get your money u stuck! They never update there web site.i purchased a barrel 2 times the frist time i was off with measurements NO RETURN!even tho I didn’t even rip the seal off the rim.ok cool i re purchased the barrel I need and now its out of stock!
