The gym is filthy. Machines don’t work. Treadmills have so much dust on them. The only bench in there is broken. TVs don’t work. There’s nothing to use to wipe down the equipment. As a feature to an apartment complex I wouldn’t recommend.
I only live here for only 2 months. They never come to fix the pre move in issues and the worse thing is I work late and I usually go to bed around 1am and my upstairs wake up everyday at 4am and it’s been seriously affect my sleep schedule and my work life. I try to address the issue to the manager and they told me I can’t move because I have not lived in the space for over 6 months yet also they only can send notice to upstairs. Valerie was amazing supper nice and sweet , she made sure we had a good tour around the complex.
Recently went for a tour and Valerie was amazing. The sweetest one there and most helpful. She answered all the questions I had.
Rigo and Juan are one of the best maintenance people. The office staff is friendly. I have lived here for a few years and I enjoy living here
