This was easily the best manicure I’ve ever had. My nail technician was meticulous and took her time to ensure perfect results. The salon’s décor is sleek and masculine, with dark, soothing tones, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was a bit warm — understandable for a spa that offers massages, and it actually added to the relaxation. This was my first visit and definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended.
Firstly, the wax tech Sue is kind, professional, and well-skilled. This negative experience is not reflective of her service. However, the manager was rude to myself, my partner, and I witnessed her being rude to the wax tech. I had purchased a Brazilian sugaring hair removal package on Groupon. Prior to this, I called (a different gentleman than this manager answered) and asked what exact areas are included in a men Brazilian. These guys lie to get extra money. They offer one service on Groupon then once you buy it, they redefine what that service is or what it includes. Then try and charge you double to make up for their Groupon promo. Liars that falsely advertise.
