I arrived right on time for my appointment, but they told me all the barbers were busy and asked me to come back later. This is completely unacceptable. It’s very unprofessional to make an appointment and then not respect it. If they can’t manage their schedule properly, they shouldn’t be taking appointments in the first place. I was really disappointed with how careless and disrespectful they were toward customers’ time.
Very nice haircut design and service! Steven is very professional and nice!
