This 70 year old, living on a very limited retirement income, has been letting my gray hair grow out for awhile and saving money to do a gray hair transition process so I don’t have to continue spending money on keeping up my hair color. Consumer beware of her shady business practices. She has 48 hour cancellation policy or full service charge will apply, no mention of late policy. My wife arrived only 5 minutes late to a locked door and full charge for so called “missed appointment”. My wife messaged the owner letting her know she was running few minutes late, turned out she miscalculated her arrival time and was only 5 minutes late.
