This was my second time using this company, and both times were good. Eli was prompt, polite and professional. He cleaned my sofa carefully, then my carpet. He gave clear instructions about allowing the carpet to fully dry. Dirt that I couldn’t get out myself is now totally gone, and everything looks good. I’m pleased with the quality and value.
