Been here twice now and had amazing experiences each time- the staff are lovely and accommodating and always take the time to get clear images. Would recommend to anyone🤍💙🤍
Friendly enough and a nice setting but they messed up my gender reveal. I asked please could they write it down, they agreed but then didn't. At the end we were back in the waiting room, waiting for our gender cannon and got asked why we were still there. Then they sent the photos over but with no potty shot, and because they didn't write it down I had no confidence. I’ve had 4 private scans with VR baby - 3 early reassurance scans due to previous miscarriages/anxiety and an early gender scan. We got the package for the balloon and cannon - both were brilliant! I would highly recommend visiting, very friendly, excellent professional service, well organised and reasonably priced with a good discount for returning customers! ☺️ Really easy to book, great offers and excellent communication! If i could have given zero stars I would be doing. After travelling this morning for a gender reveal scan to get there and told the appointment was cancelled, upset was an understatement. Reason for cancelling was because my daughter was 17 and not old enough but they knew this at booking and were quick to take deposit. Appointment had been booked for 3 weeks and they cancel it on the day. Would definitely not recommend as the receptionist was just rude and obnoxious and had no consideration for our feelings.
