What is better than arriving at a sparkling clean house with all the amenities you need? Nothing, and that’s what greeted us Labor Day Weekend rental. A great house, incredibly helpful and responsive management/hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our stay. 5 stars.
We were extremely pleased with our accommodations at Casa Mia at Suncadia. The house was very clean and each bedroom with the en-suite bathroom suited each party wonderfully. Two bedrooms on the ground floor was also appreciated by the seniors in the group. Ample seating both inside and outside were enjoyed by all. Watching the golfers on the 13th tee provided hours of entertainment. We enjoyed everything about our stay! - the place was spotless, great location, and so well decorated!! We would definitely book again.
CAUTION...DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. If you book with this company through AirBnB (and ostensibly other platforms), they will send you a lengthy very fine-print legal agreement you'd have to be an attorney to read AFTER they take your money and then harass you with dozens of text messages to sign it, but threaten you with keeping your money if you don't. The agreement reads like an excuse/weapon to nickel and dime you (again, after they've taken your money), which is consistent with other reviewers.
