Sent an email for a quote to replace Ute tray drop down sides for full length, still waiting on a quote back or even a response to say they have received my interest
Customer service is atrocious. Had to beg for emails with 2 weeks of follow ups. Trying to now get a quote and it’s like pulling teeth. Just send me a base quote and we can go from there.
I reached out to Vquip for a quotation, and Andreya from admin assured me that I'd receive it by the end of the day. However, despite two follow-up calls, the promised quote never arrived. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on their professionalism and reliability. Disappointed with the unkept promise and wasted time. Not worth of a single star.
