Dr Patrick not only explains in details all my eyes concerns but highly recommended as Top-Rated for his exceptional care for above and beyond expertise. Had my first regular eye appointment with Dr. Vu and VQ Optometry . It was a top-notch service; he educated me on my eye health, the reason why my vision the way that it is, and for anything that I need to be aware of in future visits. The space is clean and friendly staff on-site. I'm definitely a return patient. Thanks!
Worst customer service by gentlemen Garry. He said he is general manager and he was extremely rude and condescending. I purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses. One pair had some problems with wire. I was told to drive across the city to fix it. When I arrived he started to shout and be extremely rude saying that his employee don't understand how busy he is. I wish him a good day and left with glasses that he took apart and didn't want to fix saying he is busy. Needed to take Uber to get home. They don't care about long las... read more
I was in the store when store manager was yelling at the customer. The customer was very polite and nice to him. I decided not to deal with the store if this is how they treat their customers.
The eye doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and answers all the questions very clearly. The clinic is very clean and ambiance is relaxing. Always recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
