Worst customer service by gentlemen Garry. He said he is general manager and he was extremely rude and condescending. I purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses. One pair had some problems with wire. I was told to drive across the city to fix it. When I arrived he started to shout and be extremely rude saying that his employee don't understand how busy he is. I was in the store when store manager was yelling at the customer. The customer was very polite and nice to him. I decided not to deal with the store if this is how they treat their customers.
The eye doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and answers all the questions very clearly. The clinic is very clean and ambiance is relaxing. Always recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Clean, organized place with good service. The receptionist is nice and Dr. Gabrielle is also great. She checked everything in details and explains well.
