Called Protex in Oak Bluff several times over the last few weeks during thier posted buisness hours, starting on June 8th, as I was headed to the city at the end of June. After a few rings, I got the voicemail system and left voicemails, but never got a call back. Would have loved to get my vehicle wrapped and tinted, but I have never had such a hard time connecting to a buisness before. I would be happy to change the review if a representative would contact me. Very disappointing
Went to Protex for full front ppf, front window tint, and full ceramic. They replied quickly to all my inquiries. Was able to schedule an appointment exactly when I wanted to. Car came out looking great. Glad I chose to get some protection this time around.
