Trusted this company to complete a service on someone. I made repeated calls and sent emails to get an update on the service but was told a few days before the hearing that the service was not completed. I was assured that the affidavit would be accepted by the judge for attempt of service, but it was denied by the judge. I paid for the skip tracing to be done but clearly a google search that provided nothing. Took my money and did nothing. I will never use this company again!

Horrible office staff and poor customer service. Defective website and billing practices, otherwise they got the person served.

I had to deal with a legal matter in South Carolina while living overseas. VPS was the best ever! They were always happy to explain their services, communicated promptly, and meticulously followed the law!!! I can't exactly say I hope to have many legal issues in the future - but if I do, I know who I will be counting on!

VPS Solutions out of Summerville, SC hands down get the job done! Not only is Mr Buckey professional and so helpful, he served people whom would not accept any form of service for at least a week or two, with in hours of our request. Mr Templeton of TMS, our law firm also out of Summerville contacted Mr Buckey on a Wednesday afternoon and by 8 pm that same night, all parties were served! Thank you again for your help Mr Buckey!!
